Q: How soon will you post/ship my order?
A: Orders are posted/shipped within 3 working days of receiving payment.
Q: What is the shipping cost to . . . . (UK, Europe)?
A: The shipping cost will automatically calculate for you once you have registered with a valid address.
Q: What is the shipping cost to . . . . (USA, Canada etc)?
A: The shipping cost will automatically calculate for you once you have registered with a valid address, however for parcels over 2kg, the shipping cost normally far outweighs the cost of the goods and you would need to email us for a shipping quotation stating the part numbers you require.
Q: What does Untested mean?
A: Untested means the item may or may not work. (These items are purchased entirely at your risk and carry no warranty/guarantee)
Q: What does working when removed mean?
A: Working when removed means the item was working when it was removed from the jukebox (or last tested). (These items carry no warranty/guarantee)
Q: Can I have a discount?
A: We do not offer discounts (all prices are as stated).
Q: Have you got . . . (person looking for a specific jukebox part)
A: All items available are listed on the website and are updated once new parts become available.
Q: Can I have a fluorescent tube sent out by 1st class recorded post?
A: Only tubes less than 24" can be sent by 1st class recorded post.
Q: Can I collect my order from you?
A: Yes collection is available from Northolt, Middlesex, UB5, please contact us by email to arrange a convenient time to collect your order.
Q: Do you do repairs/give advice on jukebox problems?
A: No we just sell spare parts. You can find a jukebox repair person by checking through Mobile Jukebox Repairers Page.
Q: Why has my order been cancelled?
A: Orders will be cancelled after 7 working days if no contact has been made and no payment has been received.
